    What are your thoughts on the Sage TXL 7’10” 3wt. compared to the Scott G2 7’7″ 3wt.?  I am mainly fishing on the smaller streams inside the GSMNP.

    I have G2 9’0″ #5, love it, have an A4 9’0″ #6, love it, A4 is lot of bang for the buck

    Depends on your definition of better. Faster, quicker recovery – yes. Depends on what you like in a rod…
