Upper Michigan outing

Hi gang,

Just finished a week in the remote woods of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.

The closest store hadn’t been in operation for years . . .

The good roads most often ended like this:

So the roads that got us there were more often like this:

Some of the creatures were fabulous . . .

Some were frightening . . .

Getting there was half the fun.  But we did have a purpose . . .
