    The LST series rods are on closeout right now for $110. I have heard rumors that this series was manufactured by sage? my guess is that it is contracted out overseas(does not tell as to whether or not it is made in the US). At this price, It would make for a decent boat rod.

    Adam, the only Cabelas branded rods made in the US now are the PT+.
    Those are still made by St. Croix. The LST is made in Korea. All the rest are sourced from either Korea or China.
