    I’m looking at either getting the Simms Headwaters Chest Pack or the Headwaters Sling Pack.

    Seth I love the Simms chest/hip pack. Superlight, perfect size for a day on the water, and the best strap system bar none. I have tried several packs including theWaterdance, Riptide, and a few others and I like this one the best. Do yourself a favor and check it out.

    LL Bean has a new chest pack that looks interesting…and frankly if I had realized William Joseph had their new one out with the magnets..I would have given that a whirl.  Zippers can be a pain.

    I got a chance to play around with the new Bean’s pack one day this past summer.
