on our 2nd and 3rd night we will be camping at Gros Ventre campground. Where can we get a shower? I can’t find any info on the GTNP site.

Go a ways up stream. You wont find a shower but you’ll find some [s:2v0bs5ht]killer[/s:2v0bs5ht] horrible water.

    It’s a fishing trip, aren’t showers optional?

yes they are, and with the low humidity of the Rocky Mnt west, I don’t sweat like I do here in TN at 700′ elevation, could cut the air today with a knife.

    Dave,

In all seriousness, I am pretty sure that both Colter Bay and Signal Mountain campgrounds in the park have pay showers.

Hands down the Jackson Rec Center – only a block or two east of High Country Flies just barely north of the town square in Jackson.  Best and cleanest showers around.  Its been several years since I was roughing it there, but the last time I used the showers at the rec center it was only like $8-10 if I remember correctly.
