I was really stoked to see Martin Simpson, a fellow Kiwi, recently featured as Midcurrent’s artist.
I was lucky enough to get a really good Bone in the Cook Islands last year and had Martin paint a life size replica for me.Martin is a great angler and has been all over the back country in NZ.
Its great that we have so many options with our lifetime fish without getting a skin mount!Simply awesome Simon! What a great way to remember a fish for a life time!
Where you going to hang it? Fish cottage, home, or office?

He’s actually very reasonable DA.
I think if you contact him directly, he will quote you. I didn’t realise it at the time but he also does fish in oils on canvas. (Similar pricing)
