Mike, I have a Canon 4400f that’s a year old.  It’s a flatbed type scanner but it’s also got a film holder built in the lid and back-lights the negative or slides while it gets scanned.  I also have two spare film holders that will help speed your work up a little if you have a lot you’re trying to scan.  $70 shipped to you if you want it.  carter(dot)simcoe(at)gmail(dot)com

    Sorry to hijack Mike.

Hey Carter, what rez is that scanner?

You’ll get 2400dpi max, but thatll need post work.

    Hi Shannon,

    What are you asking?

    #9105

    No worries, Mike.

Rich, it’ll do 4800 dpi actually.

    Carter –

What’s the actual filesize of the photos it produces?
