    I’m going to fish more.
I’m going to fish some in Montana, say Yellowstone country.
Maybe some kind of saltwater thing for the first time.

I want to fish in Florida, east and west, at least three times this year.

Watch my boy and my wife get their first solo cutts on a fly!

Go out for the following… Greenback Cutt, Golden, nice size bull (wigwam).

I’d like to do a photo essay on MT fluvial Grayling.

If I meet my goals it should be a VERY fun year!

    1. Buy a Kayak and then “Fish Local”.

Definitely to Fly Fish more! I had 3 or 4 days on the water this past year chasing trout… I think I spent 2 trying my luck in the surf with a 5wt. Big mistake there. Compared to the past 4 years in Colorado, I stretched a long weekend’s worth of fishing out over a whole year.

But I got an 8wt saltie for christmas, and bought a bunch of tying supplies for salt flies yesterday. I’ve got a friend at work that FF as well, so now I just have to convince him (or his wife) that we need to hit some local streams.

My resolution for fly fishing is to continue to fish as much as humanly possible, and make sure to enjoy every minute.

I want to start to figure out catching Stripers in the local tailwater.
I would like to finally catch a fish in Florida salt water.
I’d like to try fishing the Little Pigeon and some of the North Carolina GSMNP streams.
I want to take my niece fishing for brook trout in MN.
I’d like to catch one trout at 18 inches or over on the Clinch.
I want to finish tying 14 dozen flies for Casting for Recovery.
