I have been spoiled this year. Catching numberous fish like the one below. Unfortunately the area they were caught at closes on Nov. 30. I am also the wrestling coach at the school I teach at which starts on Wednesday. So there is a pretty good chance that I won’t be able to get back out and fish for these guys until next season. According to the formula I use to calculate fish weight this guy is from 9-10 lbs. There were many more just like him caught this year, but I don’t like taking pictures of them laying on the bank. I usually fish alone (no one likes me) so most of them I just unhook and let swim off. I am sad that it will be awhile before I catch another fish like this, but know they will still be there next year. :'(
I guess I shouldn’t complain because catching fish like this was once something that I thought I might only do once in my lifetime.
