I am in search of some Bluefish photos to do some illustrations. Does anyone have any good pics of the blues? I have not been around salt water in years and that was limited to flats with a fly. I’m not even sure a direction to go find some pics. Google has not been much help.
I also need to know what kind of flies you use – this is like learning a different language. I guess this subject has me a little stumped – Fun to learn though.
I hate to double post – I posted this in the photo section as well, then started thinking that everyone might not look in there. I am just trying to find a variety of pictures that I can paint from. Quality does not matter. I need shape form and color – and not all in the same shot – I can fake it from there. Mouth and head shots would be perfect..

I posted a pic or two in the other thread, but I didn’t see the question about flies- That’s an easy one though.
Andrew Stoehr…a newbie here at IA posted a pic of one helluva Bluefish.
