    Happy Thanksgiving everyone 🙂

My wife and I were cooking tonight and I got to thinking that it would be interesting to start a thread about recipes, especially as they pertain to either fish preparation or other grilling recipes or even camping.

    Clip,

I don’t use an electric smoker but I have found the following link to be very helpful for preparing fish.

Oh man sushi, I tell you its hard for an island boy to be living 1100 miles from the ocean.
Still the finest sushi Ive eaten anywhere was the Orizuri on the docks in Hobart _ they were part of an operation that had its own fishing fleet _ hard to go wrong when your eating that fresh.

First time i ever ate sashimi was diving on a remote reef off the east, hangover make you hungryso we just filleted our catch and pigged out. Then

Steve, great passion about cooking.  Enjoyed the comments and hope to see some of those recipes.

My Favorite Sandwich when Fishing  . . . Pimento cheese sandwhich

    Pimento Cheese Sandwich

1 block sharp cheddar cheese, grated (I just use Kraft)
    1 jar diced pimentos, drained
1-4 tablespoon mayonnaise, to taste (I use about 4 Tbsp)
    some black pepper
Some people add garlic powder, salt, onion, but I like it simple
Mix all together and serve on white bread or just plain.
I almost always throw one of these in my fishing pack.
