    Zach or anyone else down there….are you affected at all by the drought?

    Indeed.  Flows are much lower than normal on all the rivers.  And depending what lake you live on, things are getting a little crazy.

    Well….I haven’t washed my truck in over a month and the fescue lawn is nice and brown…..but other than that….we are okay. The humidity has been real low and as a result, fires are starting to pop up. There’s a big one burning now in Towns County near Hiawassee. I think we’ll really see the effects in a year or two when some of the mature trees die off from the stress of the drought.

    FYI, our Governor and others are officially praying for rain right now via an organized prayer event in Atlanta.
