    Hello everyone,

    Does anybody have any information about fishing near Durango, Colorado.

    I fished it along time ago, walked into the river right behind the Kmart (which I don’t think is there anymore) in the middle of town and had a pretty good day actually.

    Every other time I’ve been there its been winter.

    I don’t remember what bridge or stop it is, but you can ride out on the old steam locomotive in the middle of town to a drop spot where you can fish the Animas all day and catch the last train back to town.

    I would also recommend fishing below the dam on the San Juan.
