    Hey guys –

Upon return from Brazil, I purchased a Simms Dry Creek Duffel bag in its largest size.

I bought the camera case last year and it has done a fine job of keeping anything I’ve put in it dry. However, it isn’t a very practical photographers bag. I wear it on a belt and usually swing around to my back to keep it out of the way. On a couple of occasions in the time it took to swing it to the side or front, unclasp the latches, and pry the camera out I lost good fish.

On a similar note, I am not a superstitious person, but it seems any time I carry a camera or a net to the water I have bad days.

While I’ve got the camera out this is my latest attempt at some organization of all the crap laying around my room:

Made by Clear Creek, $30 at Bob Marriotts, half the price of most the other brands.

I am looking for a new bag for an upcoming hunting trip after Northwest destroyed my cabelas roller-bag.
