    Are my felt-soled boots legal out there, or do I need to pick up something else before I go?

    They are legal. You should consider cleaning them between CO watersheds, too.

    I am fairly certain Simms makes a product designed to spray on boots to fight whirling disease, but I am also fairly certain that most game biologists have conceded this battle.

    😀 Felt soles are legal. WD is a moot point. You should clean your boots with 409 to get rid of New Zealand mud snails and eggs, that is the latest threat and chlorox won’t kill it ??? :'(
